JACOB L. SACKS
PRINCIPAL
Jacob is a co-founding principal of CCM. He has over 20 years of real estate investment, development and operational experience. While at CCM the company has gut renovated hundreds of existing apartments and built hundreds of new residential units both as new construction and conversion from other commercial uses, in NYC. He also originated and worked on projects gut renovating hundreds of thousands of sf of commercial real estate, also in NYC. From June 2001 to April 2007, Jacob was a Vice President at U.S. Realty Advisors, LLC, a private real estate investment firm with $3 billion of real estate under management.. Prior to joining USRA, Jacob worked as an investment banker, most recently in the Transportation & Logistics Corporate Finance Group of ING Barings. While at ING, Jacob worked on a variety of transactions including debt and equity issuance, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. Jacob earned a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Engineering in Operations Research/Financial Engineering from Cornell University.
JAMES P. WISEMAN
GENERAL COUNSEL & PRINCIPAL
Jamie is a co-founder, general counsel and principal of CCM. He has over 20 years of experience buying, developing and operating real estate in New York and Texas. He currently leads all development and construction projects for CCM and shares responsibility for all acquisitions and investment decisions. CCM has developed over $700M in real estate throughout New York City and Texas representing over 500 apartments and 400,000 square feet of commercial space. Prior to founding CCM with Jacob Sacks in 2007, Jamie was Associate General Counsel at Strategic Value Partners, LLC, a Greenwich, CT-based investment adviser. While at SVP, Jamie led the legal and operational roll-out of the private equity/real estate businesses where he worked on over $1 billion of real estate acquisitions globally. From 2003 to 2005, Jamie was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, a private law firm where he specialized in investment fund formation, administration and capital-raising. From 2000 to 2003, Jamie was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he focused on private equity based mergers and acquisition transactions. James earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Cornell University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School where he was a John M. Olin Scholar in Law and Economics. James resides in Westlake, TX with his wife Dana, and his daughter Grace (10) and son William (7).

JOHN LITHEN
HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS
Mr. Lithen is responsible for acquisition sourcing & underwriting, due diligence, transaction execution and deal capitalization at CCM. John's other responsibilities include asset management for select multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial properties under development and management within CCM's existing portfolio. John received a B.A. from SUNY Geneseo and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

KIMBERLY ESCOBAR
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Ms. Escobar previously worked at Momentum Properties Management Corp, a Property Management Office, as an Accounting Assistant for 2 years, assisting the tenants with their queries regarding their bills and payments, preparing Official Receipts, and Check Vouchers for the supplier and contractors. She was later promoted to Property Accountant where she prepared the Financial Statement, posting of monthly invoices, and assisting the Property Manager in preparation of the annual property budget. She now assists in managing the properties and handling tenant and vendor ineractions.
