22 Wyckoff Avenue is a 10,000 SF commercial space located in the heart of Bushwick. 

CCM formed a JV with this site's owner in 2007 and in 2011, Architect Andrew Kikoski transformed the project into what became known as the "Wyckoff Exchange".  As seen to the left, he added a folding Corten steel facade to convert this previous warehouse to a music and arts venue that helped propel Bushwick into the vibrant and creative neighborhood it is today. The building was subsequently awarded the best building in 2011 by the Brooklyn Building Award Organization.

CCM continues to manage the building today and it is currently occupied by an organic grocery store, a wine and liquor store, and a restaurant.
