We are currently in the pre-development stages of converting the property into a triple height retail building with 30-foot ceilings for the retail space, mezzanine in the rear, a food and beverage and mixed entertainment use on the roof. Of this area, 11,000 is retail at grade, 3,000 is mezzanine, 5,000 is interior rooftop eating and drinking and 7,000 is leasable rooftop area.
